Hi! I'm a 35-year-old mom of a 5 1/2-year-old girl. I grew up the oldest of 6 kids, so you could say that I've been taking care of kids my whole life! I've spent 2 years as a paraprofessional in a charter elementary school in Ypsilati, where I taught a high level math class, low level literacy class, art, technology, and assisted in all other studies while simultaneously co-leading a Junior Girl Scout Troop. I have also taught within the local art center's creativity camp, and spent a total of 5 years of my life in both New Jersey and Michigan as a Nanny. I've been babysitting for 23 years. I have been infant and child CPR certified in the past, and while my certifications have lapsed, my skills have not. I am a fantastic cook, posses an in depth understanding of nutrition, and have been trained in Herbal Medicine. I love kids, I love the outdoors, and I love singing, dancing, and watching their faces light up in laughter.
