I have worked in a nationally accredited child care facility with infants and young toddlers. Through this position I acquired 20 hours of training in young childhood development and a child CPR/First Aid certification. The other experience I have in child care is 4 years in a church nursery and up to 10 years working for a variety of families as a part-time babysitter. I have cared for children ages 3 months to 5 years and I am willing and able to watch up to three children at a time. I have never loved a job more than when it involves children. The excitement and love they have for everyone and everything around them makes life more interesting for those of us that get to experience it with them. When I am caring for children I enjoy reading, playing outside, doing crafts, singing and dancing, and helping them develop basic skills for life. When I am not at work, I enjoy doing things outdoors such as hiking, camping, backpacking, and rafting. I hope to share my interests and experiences with your children while keeping them safe and happy.
