Casaundra was hired by me about three weeks ago to care for my daughter every Saturday and Sunday while I went to work. The position was long term and for overnight care and she told me that she was able to accommodate my working schedule. She sends me a text message yesterday telling me that she could no longer care for my daughter. I received no warning, .no notice, no phone call. I made several attempts to call her and speak with her about her reasons for quitting but she never returned my calls. I am a single parent and was left without a childcare provider for my daughter two days before having to return back to my newly employed job. She was very unprofessional of her to opt out of her responsibility without any type of proper notification. I strongly do not recommend her to care for your children. Especially if you are looking for someone dependable....please look elsewhere. You may contact me if you have any other questions.
