My name is Carrie and I am very interested in a child care position. I love children and love taking care of them. I love raising my own 4 year old daughter as well as taking care of other children.

My most recent experience is taking care of an 11 year girl and a 7 year old boy since September of 2011. That position ended in June of 2012 because the children are attending day camp Monday - Friday throughout the entire summer. I am available for a part time or full time position immediately.

My style with taking care of children is making sure all of their needs are met and that they are very happy and active. I enjoy taking children to the park, playgrounds, the library, the Zoo, museums and other fun and exciting places. I enjoy reading to children and interacting with them to further develop their learning skills.

My certifications are in Infant & Children CPR & First Aid.
On Mondays - Thursdays I would need to bring my 4-year daughter with me. She is a wonderful playmate for other children. My philosophy is to give all children equal amount of attention when they are in my care. I don't give my daughter any more attention than other children, when I bring her to child care positions with me. In my last child care position I took care of a young girl and boy, and the children were wonderful playmates.

On Fridays, I would not be bringing my daughter with me because her dad has Fridays off and she spends the day with him.
