My name is Carolyn, I live in Danvers and I am lookin for a childcare position. I currently have been nannying for an 11-month-old baby since she was 4 months old. My previous job was working for a couple in Lexington, caring for their 6-week-old infant twins overnight, 3 times a week.
Unfortunately, they moved to Newton and I felt the commute would be to much.
I also had worked for a family in Waltham for 15 years with 3 children.
I am a mother of four beautiful children ages 16, 11, 6, and 4. Although I have many years of experience with my own children, I also have years of experience with other families children.
I am looking for a permanent position with a family that will accept me as part of their children's nurturing and growth stages. I am a firm believer that a child's mind is like a sponge, they absorb anything they hear or see and I take advantage of that, by teaching them the learning elements they need depending on their age bracket.
I also encourage fun and games as well as story time as part of a loving and learning environment.
I would not need to bring my children to work with me as my husband can watch my children the same hours I work. I have my own transportation and a clean driving record. I am First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified. I am also an auxiliary police officer for a busy city that I serve on weekends.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my qualifications further for the above childcare position.
