I have been a preschool teacher's aid for 3 years. I have done in home care for 17 years for children ranging in ages from infancy to 9 years. Over nights when parents where out of town, in charge of home management. I am available for transporting children to appointments and sports practice, play dates and school functions. I am trained to implement development such as positive identity, values, boundaries, and social competencies. I am flexible, reliable, organized, and demonstrates good judgment. I practice prevention with safety as a number one priority, and is CPR trained. I am a Mother first and then a Nanny. Experience is a confident builder. I also learned that each child is their own person and should not be compared to others. Each child learns at their own pace, and love and patience is key for a positive healthy growth for all involved in the daily routine.
