I'm from Austria but already Au Pair here in America since October last year. My kids are 3 years, 22 months and 2 months old and I love them!

Generously I would describe myself as a person who get easily in contact with other people although some of my friends describe me as a calm person. Maybe because of the fact that I need some time to get an idea of new people. I always try to look behind and to know the character of the person. Only children show their personality unvarnished. They are more honest and more direct and that's why I love to work with kids.
I think it's very important to give the children self-confidence so that they trust their feelings and stay honest. I use any opportunity to show children that they are good as they are and I try always to praise when something is well done or someone has tried hard.

For the reason that I'm off every weekend and evening, I'm looking for something to do and would like to help you with your children in Ladera Ranch.
