As a parent, there is nothing scarier than choosing someone to care for my child. It was such an emotional process and scary decision to make when choosing a nanny. My main focus was to find someone that I felt would treat my child like she was her own. Someone that would make her smile, make her laugh and someone that would show her that she was LOVED. We have a good Lord and once again he was there for me. Luisa, has worked for us for more than a year and we absolutely love her. I truly feel that she has played a huge role in the development of my child...we have such a happy toddler and I have to give credit to Luisa for so much of that. Luisa comes to our house everyday on time with a smile on her face and as soon as our daughter sees her she smiles right back to her and gets so excited. There is no bigger joy than seeing your child so happy and knowing that she loves the person that takes care of her every day. Now that our daughter is getting older and so mobile, we have decided to put her in preschool part time so we will be reducing her hours. However, Luisa has so kindly agreed to continue working with us one day a week. Luisa is not only our daughter's caregiver, she has become a friend, and a very special part of our family...I feel blessed to have chosen her to take care of my daughter.

Carmen L. took care of my then 3 month old son and I have nothing but positive things to talk about. From day one, I felt very comfortable with Luisa and so did my son. She was very punctual and reliable. We got along really well while she still maintained her professionalism. She would promptly convey the day today activities of my son so when I am home after a busy day at work; I knew exactly about my son's schedule and activities.
