I am a recent graduate from Trevecca Nazarene University. Throughout my college career I nannied for several permanent and non-permanent families. I have taken care of kids ranging from the ages of 6 months-14 years old. For two years I nannied for a family with two children, ages 2 and 4. In taking care of the children I was responsible for picking them up from day care and preschool as well as taking them to dance class, soccer, etc. I was also responsible for cooking them dinner before their Mother returned that way she could spend quality time with them. I do have experience in early childcare as well. For 3 months I nannied for a family with a 6-month-old and a 3-year-old. I was responsible for preparing bottles for the baby as well as changing diapers, giving baths, and putting him down for a nap. While taking care of the baby I played games with the 3-year-old, including painting, drawing, reading and being active outside. I was also responsible for preparing her lunch and putting her down for a nap as well. I thoroughly enjoy being with children and taking care of them. Kids are such a joy to be around and I believe I am well equipped to care for children.
