We interviewed Carina for a position with our infant daughter. She was a great communicator and demonstrated an excellent ability to partner with the parents on care. We were extremely impressed with her. Unfortunately, Carina was hired by another family before we could extend an offer.

Carina has been an excellent addition to our family. We had interviewed a number of qualified candidates, but Carina stood out as an obvious choice and we started with her that same week. Our newborn son instantly took to her and we felt extremely safe and comfortable leaving him in her care. Beyond her being great with our son, she's also awesome at attending to things around the house, while he's napping.
