Caitlyn is wonderful and I really can't say enough good things about her. She is super reliable, very flexible, and maintains excellent communication between visits. Caitlyn has excellent judgment, great common sense, she is socially aware, very intelligent, excellent to talk to, and treats my son with dignity, respect, and love. My son (23 months) absolutely adores her. She is a gentle and reserved type of person and encourages calm, loving, and appropriate behavior in my little boy. She talks to him constantly and they are great friends. Caitlyn laughs a lot! She s fun, playful, and energetic, accompanying us to the beach, water park, zoo, doctor appointments, and anywhere else we need to go. I trust her completely when I leave her at home to watch my son and it's so nice not to have any worries with your caregiver. She has great knowledge of positive discipline techniques, healthy foods, socialization and communication, and is familiar with natural parenting (cloth diapers, bonding, breast feeding, etc). Sadly, we are moving away but anyone lucky enough to hire Caitlyn for childcare will be very happy with their decision!
