I like working with young children, but I've helped care for a whole range of ages in various situations, anywhere from the church nursery to the sidelines of my brother's soccer games, to group events like day camp and VBS.

My first experience as a nanny was with a darling baby girl (2 months) during a week-long conference in 2010. I had a second opportunity when I went to work with a family this January, where I cared for their infant son (3 months) for a total of three months. I was sad to say goodbye to this family, but events conspired to move me away from the area.

My current job is caring for 3-year-old here in Greensboro. While we have lots of fun together, I need more hours than this family's schedule can provide.

Here's a little bit about me:

I'm friendly, easy-going, and flexible. I grew up as the second of four children in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. I've been out of college for a year now; I studied Fine Art with some dabbling in English. I love to be creative and encourage creativity in kids. I like pets of all kinds. I'm newly married, and we just moved to Greensboro at the end of May 2012.

What I need is a steady source of income for the next two to three years. I would love to accomplish this through something I genuinely love to do, that is, caring for children. If I can be of any help to you, please message me.
