Hello! My name is Brittney. I am a newlywed with a 4-year-old daughter and another little girl on the way. I have almost a decade of personal and professional experience working with children of a variety of all ages. Most recently, I have been the Lead Instructional Assistant through the County Office of Education at a Head Start collaboration site for the last 2 consecutive school years. During my employment within this company I have gained the confidence, knowledge, and specific insight into the position for which you are advertising. Last month, I took a voluntary lay-off from my position and I 'm seeking a family that is interested in consistent care for their little one(s). My priority when working with any child is to, above all, enrich the perspective of a growing mind. I think for a child to flourish, proper guidance, enthusiastic encouragement, and developmentally appropriate practices are invaluable keystones to the development of a happy child.
