I am currently 19 years old and have cared for or sat for about 13 kids since a young age. I have cared for kids ranging from newborns to 16 years old. I am very careful at the caring and have a strict parents-sitter rule base. If you have any concerns or rules that I have to obey, I am sure to obey by that ruling. I have never been fired or quit unless it was something that was uncontrollable. If I do need to resign or take time away I always give a notice in a reasonable time period ahead. I treat this as any other job I would have, but I also have fun while doing so. I want the children to have fun and feel safe as for also being taking care of and watched. The younger the are, the more I try to teach them things. (i. e) I taught a 4-year-old her alphabet before preschool, and helping a 3 yr old to potty train. I love teaching kids things they need to know for school or for in public like manners and such.
