Brittany started working for me part time around September 2012 - early March 2013, until my job hours changed, but I still continue to have Brittany babysit for me for date nights, or last minute care when she is available. I have 3 children, a now 1 year old girl, 2 1/2 year old boy, and a 4 year old daughter. At the time they were 6 months, 1 1/2-2 years old, and 3- 3 1/2 years old. Brittany was amazing, I would come home after work and through out the day Brittany had set up arts and crafts for the kids to do, creating pictures and one time had them build little creations. We had a pass to the Zoo, COSI, and a pool pass, and Brittany would regularly take them on outings and do child friendly activities. I was amazed at how easily it was for Brittany to take care of 3 small children all at once (the first week I worked from home to make sure she would be able to handle it) She was extremely patient with the kids, being able to cook, clean, and control 3 little kids with such ease. I would consider Brittany a part of my family as I still keep in contact with her, and my children love her.

Brittany was our full time babysitter for our two children for nearly a year. She started with us when our youngest was 8 months old, and she was fantastic with both of the kids (our other child is 10). During the time when she started, the baby had chronic ear infections for which we later had to have tubes put in his ears: through all of the fussiness and sleep issues that come with a baby with such bad ear infections, Brittany maintained amazing patience and did so well with him! We called her the "baby whisperer" because she had an incredible knack for calming him and getting him to sleep. Brittany taught our little one to do so many things, say new words, etc! She would frequently send us pictures and videos of him doing new and adorable things, which we truly cherish since we aren't able to be with him during the day and witness those things first hand. Brittany always served as a wonderful role model for both of our children, which was especially important for our 10 year old daughter. Brittany would take the kids places, and always updated me on where they were going and what they were doing. She is a safe and responsible driver, and I never had any concern for their safety while they were in her care. While we only had two children that Brittany watched on a consistent basis, there were times that my friends' sitters fell through, and Brittany was willing to help them out while watching our children as well. I remember one day in particular that Brittany was watching my son, and two other babies that were the same age, and a 2 year old (Yes, FOUR children under the age of 2!!). I watched in complete AWE as she managed two 12 month olds in a double stroller, one 12 month old in a Baby Bjorn, and the two year old holding her hand as she took them all on a walk! We consider Brittany more than just a babysitter to our family! If it weren't for a more demanding work schedule on our end, and a change in her school schedule, we would have continued to have Brittany as our FT babysitter. We will still continue to have her babysit for us whenever we can for a night out, etc
