I was an Instructional Assistant at Meredith-Dunn school from 2009 through 2011. I used instructive ways to assist children with behavior issues and learning disabilities through lessons, special classes. I also monitored the children during lunch and recess. Another responsibility I had was to communicate with parents about their child's abilities by grading papers, updating the website and bulletin board.

I have also worked as a Child Watch Attendant at the YMCA Southwest from August 2007 to January 2008. At this job I Implemented age appropriate activities while supervising children
I also designed and implemented arts and crafts activities. I also tutored elementary students assisting with homework and questions. I also helped with the after school care program at Meredith-Dunn-School. I was responsible for helping children with their homework, making sure they had a snack that was appropriate and parent approved if they wanted one. I also monitored the children during the time they had free time both outside and inside. I made sure messes were cleaned up and everyday the after school care building was clean.

Other experiences with children include volunteering at Saint Lawrence Youth Ministry with Stuebanville Conference and other activities in 2008. I have taught religious education at St. Lawrence from 2007 until 2008.
I also coached field hockey at Saint Lawrence from 2005 until 2006.
I also volunteered at Southwest YMCA to coach field hockey in 2003.
