Brittany nannied for our 21+ month daughter and she did a fabulous job! I was at home with my daughter up until Brittany started working for us, so, naturally I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about hiring someone to come in and care for her. But right away we felt at home with Brittany. We liked that she was CPR certified in the past, and that she was willing to get re-certified. She was also very open to listening to our concerns and was ready and willing to answer any questions we had for her. She worked for us full time for about a month (Mon-Fri, 7:30a-5p) and we feel she provided stellar care for our daughter! We provided her with a schedule that she followed to a "t", she worked with our daughter on letters, colors, and shapes as well! She also did light food preparation for meals and she even had no problem handling cloth diapers! Brittany also went above and beyond by sending us pictures of what our daughter was doing during the day, as well as sending period messages about key things that were happening (going peepee in her potty, for example)! She also took our daughter to story time and was happy to drop her off for Gymboree class in the afternoons as well (we would meet there after I was off work). We feel like Brittany is a great choice for a nanny for any family and if I hadn't decided to stay home again, we would still have her working with us! I would recommend her to any mother or family I know. ;)
