I asked Brittany A. if she would be interested in the position I posted, and if so, would she be available for an interview. She agreed, but did not show up for the interview. I called her and she asked to reschedule it two hours later. I was a little put off by the fact that I had to call her after she missed the interview, and not the other way around. But I still agreed to the later interview. Believe it or not, she did not show up again! I definitely was not going to call her again, but instead, she called me about 2 1/2 hours later. I sympathized with whatever story she told me, and I agreed to another interview the following day. She showed up. She seemed nice. But she did not bring any of the information that I asked her to (references and driver's license). I asked her to fax the information to me, and that I would request a standard and enhanced background check. And I also told her that she could start soon...she was pleasant, and nicely addressed my daughter. So it's the next day and she never sent me the information I requested....and her phone mysteriously gets temporarily disconnected! If she was not interested at all, why go through all of that and waste my time? I postponed everything I had to do on the first interview day, and she never showed up! If I could rate lower than one, I would! I hope this review helps out the next person who will consider her for a position.
