Had scheduled an interview with Brittany one evening. She was late, so I called her to confirm she was on her way. She informed me that she was taking another job and wouldn't be able to work for me. That's fine, but she should have let me know she wasn't coming.

Unprofessional. Not impressed at all. We spoke on the phone, scheduled an interview and she agreed to help babysit that afternoon if the interview went well. I was left with no sitter that afternoon and no call from her cancelling!

This is a very false statement. Once the interview was scheduled for the next day, I explained to Minda that I would be calling to get her exact address, so that I could put it into my GPS to find the exact location of her house. I called two times that day, and left a voicemail and never heard any type of response back from her.
