I am 19 years old and currently attending Metropolitan State University of Denver majoring in Psychology. My intention is to become an Art Therapist and direct my career towards working with children. I have been nannying/babysitting for the past three years with experience with ages 18 months to 13 years old. I find children incredibly humbling and love watching them grow in their development. Play is something I find to be very important as well as games. Nutrition and health are also important to me and I would love to explore new recipes with the kids and help them discover how healthy, real food can taste just as yummy. I also don't mind doing chores around the house. I always ensure the house is picked up from the day with the kids i.e. dishes washed or in the dishwasher and toys are away. Communication is also something that is important to me with the families I work with and I like to occasionally check-up on how they feel things are going. I would do my best to make sure your child is well taken care of and that I'm not simply there to watch your child but also support their development and bond. I would love to work with your family!
