I have worked for 2 years with KinderCare Learning Center. I have experience working with all of the different age groups, mostly toddlers and infants though. The majority of my employment I watched 14 2-year-old boys! So I'd say I can handle almost any number of children. I have experience with potty training, meal times, bottles, and lesson plans. I enjoy doing arts and crafts and the children seem to love it also. I'm not afraid to get dirty and I love taking the children outside when the weather permits it. I feel that reading to children, especially the younger ones, is a very important part of helping them learn and grow. I know that sometimes they won't want to sit for a whole book, and that's OK. I have also been CPR and First Aid certified, it has expired but I would be willing to re-certify. At the end of the day I feel more than accomplished when I know that they have learned something, or when they can proudly show you their artwork of the letter "C". Overall, I feel that I have the experience, skills, and the true passion to be a great caregiver for your children and hopefully become a part of the family.
