I've grown up in a bug family. I've always loved being around children. Senior year in high school, I was in a daycare class where I was taught how to write lesson plans and teach to a daycare child. Throughout the years, I've babysat for neighbors children to make extra cash. I went on to a university where I majored in K-5 Education. Throughout college, I was a teacher's aide for the daycare on my campus and a couple of others around my town. I read, served meals, helped potty train and created activities for the children. Recently, I've helped my oldest brother with his 3-year-old son. I helped him get ready in the mornings, made breakfast, dropped him off to daycare and picked him up.
