Hi, I'm Bridget and I am currently receiving my Master's in Early Childhood Education. I have been a teacher for 3 years and through that experience I have been able to gain the knowledge of how to keep children engaged, excited, safe and happy. I have also had other childcare experience outside of my job as a teacher. I have babysat children for about 10 years for nights and weekends, preparing dinner, coordinating activities and maintaining a safe and fun environment. I have also held two nanny positions where I drove children to activities, cleaned up all children related activities and messes, entertained and planning enriching activities and even set up french lessons for the 4-year-old girl. I nannied for a newborn, 1-year-old and 4-year-old at one position and then a 2-year-old boy at my other position. I truly enjoyed working with these children and keeping their interest without just plopping in front of the television. I enjoy singing with the children, making crafts, cooking together and just looking for any learning or growth opportunity for them when they are under my care. I am CPR and First Aid certified and get retrained every year. I look forward to hearing from you!
