Hello, my name is Bridget. I am an Early childhood development major. I love spending time with children and absolutely can't wait to work with them full time in my near future. I am one of five children and have 25 cousins, so I have spent a good amount of time babysitting over the years. I have experienced babysitting children of all ages starting from newborns to early teens. I have been volunteering at a Preschool helping the teachers with the students and discovering my love for children and help them.
Also, when I was in high-school I volunteered at a camp for a week as a counselor and helped keep the children entertained played with them and enjoyed my time there. Every summer I looked forward to going to this camp because I was able to spend a week with children which I loved doing. As a college student I am hoping to have an opportunity to further my future career by getting more experience with children as much as possible. I am trying to get a position that can allow me to work with children.
