To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Brianna, and I am writing to express my interest in finding a full-time babysitting position for the upcoming summer. I will be graduating as a history major from the University of Rochester in May before moving to Washington D. C. to pursue my Master's at American University in the fall. Throughout college, I have held several internships in museums that have allowed me the opportunity to work with children on a very regular basis as well as organize events and activities for museum's summer camps.

Outside the museum setting, I have had a great deal of experience babysitting locally in Corning, New York for friends and family members. I am a reliable, experienced and honest babysitter, and I love children of all ages! Additionally, I am enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy the outdoors, reading, and planning fun activities. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes! I love that a book can whisk you away to another place and provide an entire experience right within its pages.

Most recently, I had the wonderful opportunity of living with and helping to care for my Aunt and Uncle's five children. While interning at the Smithsonian, I spent evenings and weekends assisting in all aspects of childcare for children between the ages of two and 11.
