I have used Brandi a few times and don't have a single thing wrong. Coming from me that's saying something. I find something wrong with the littlest things. She is available most of the time. I've texted her and was able to drop them off 30 mins. later. I wouldn't do that normally but emergencies happen. She is great with my kids!
