I come from a huge Cuban family. I am the middle of five other brothers and sisters. I recently moved from Miami, where I was babysitting the same family for 7 years. I had been there since the birth of their first child and saw her grow little by little to the smart 7-year-old that she is now. Children are my passion. I am majoring in education and hope to pursue my dream of becoming a 3rd grade teacher. I am passionate about kids because I feel, as adults, we are the building blocks of their lives. We shape who they are and are going to be in the future. I bring the goodness of my heart into babysitting, helping shape them with morals, ethics and other factors that lead to a successful life. As far as teaching the children different subjects and helping them learn, when a child understands the lesson, there is a sparkle in their eye, it's the most amazing feeling any person can have. There is something to be said about the patience one has for children, not a lot of people can obtain that patience, but, I know that I have. I am flexible with the times needed, and will certainly do whatever I can to make the parent's life easier.
