I began babysitting as needed for several different families when I was 15 years old. The summer I was 17, I was hired for a full-time babysitting position, which turned into a nanny position. This job lasted six years. In the years following (up to present day) I have babysat periodically for friends as needed. I have also helped with the birth (along with a time of in-home assistance after the birth) of five of my nephews. In addition, I have stayed with my sister & sister-in-law for two-three weeks after the birth of an additional five nieces and nephews.
