I have many years of experience, both paid and personal, caring for children from newborns to teenagers. Being the oldest in a large family has instilled in me responsibility and, dare I say, love for kids under my care. As a result, I am especially comfortable with very active kids and watching many kids at once. I have no problems saying "no" to a kid when necessary, but when watching older children, I generally see myself as more of a responsible playmate or a listener there to make sure they stay as happy and safe as possible.
