Hi, my name is Becky and I have over 25 years of childcare experience and children's education. I've worked and organized the Children's Ministry in my church for over 18 years, and when my husband and I were called to be pastors of a local church, I ran children's outreaches and programs for lunches and community activities. I enjoy craft time with the children because I love to see them explore with materials that I place before them and see what the after project looks like. I like to get excited with them when their little eyes grow big when they feel they did great. I love to praise them for their accomplishments, as small as they may be. The best overall experience is being a "Nana" to my 3 grandchildren, helping raise and care for them since birth.
