I am an empty-nester that has cared for adults and children with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities. I enjoy having fun with the child, nurture, stimulate the child both mentally and physically, to ensure their intellectual, physical and social development. I ensure that the child/children get regular fresh air and exercise. I develop speech, reading, numbers and letters and colors, social and practical skills. I organize and prepare a healthy, varied and well balanced diet of home cooked food. I eat with the child/children and supervise meal times, encouraging proper use of cutlery and behavior. I will love, protect and look after the children's physical well being, personal hygiene, and safety.
