Barbara is a capable and responsible nanny. She plans and comes up with ideas that keep the kids busy and finishes things that have to get done. For example, our children take several medicines and Barbara always gets them all administered correctly. Barbara reads to the children, encourages physical playtime and games that wear them out so they're tired at bedtime.
