Bailey M.

She is such a sweetheart and so kind! I was adamant about hiring a sitter that did more than the typical nanny duties, and actually loved our children. It was wonderful to see the way she connected with them and cared for them like her own. It surprised me how mature and collected she was, considering her age. Honestly it's hard to find someone else who is really as invested as Bailey was with my kids. She always had some sort of activity for the kids to work on and grown from. Great girl! A+++

Bailey took care of both my children, and took on personal assistant duties. I'm a single father, with a loss in the family recently, and was in over my head trying to fulfill my kids' needs and not let my work life suffer. She helped me transition from part-time to full-time dad and made it so much easier. She's a very intelligent young lady and often took care of scheduling meetings and calling customers on my behalf. I own a construction company. She was always very understanding when I had to stay late. She's great at multitasking and is awesome in high stress situations. My kids love her and it will be hard to fill her shoes!

Bailey will always be a part of our little family. I will always be grateful to how earnestly she worked at watching and caring for my kids! She was constantly doing crafts or playing games with them. She really made an effort to always keep them entertained and having a good time. Bailey knew just how to break up the time in between activities for the older kids and for younger ones. And she was always so warm and loving. Her joyful attitude was contagious around my children, and none of them could ever stay in a rotten mood for long! One of the things that I appreciated the most about Bailey was her intuition around the kids. For me, there was nothing more settling than when I saw how naturally caring came to her. She almost always knew exactly what to do or who to speak with!

First and foremost, let me start off by stating that it's very difficult for me to trust someone with my children, as I'm sure it is with all mothers. But, Bailey allowed me to feel completely at ease! I was shocked by how quickly she transitioned into a member of the family. From the very beginning, she was so easy to talk to and so personable! She was so much more than a nanny! One of my largest concerns was that she would be overwhelmed with managing the household and watching my little ones, but she made it look easy. There was nothing more comforting to come home to a house full of happy babies and a clean kitchen! I can only say that this must be one of her true passions. The kids absolutely loved her! She took the time to get to know each of them as individuals and then addressed their needs from there. I know this can be particularly difficult considering my children range from the ages of newborn to ten years. One of my little ones is special needs and requires extra attention. Bailey worked extensively with him and has really helped move his development along. His communication skills and manners improved by leaps and bounds. She really brought out his true potential as the little man I know! And still my other kids never felt excluded. There was always individual time. Bailey has lots of creativity and always had something up her sleeve. I loved coming home to new art posted all over our fridge! It was great to be able to unwind and talk the day through with her. There was never any sort of barrier between us -- she is so down to earth. She was always so tender and genuine with each of my babies! She really encouraged my kids to embrace themselves. She helped me instill a great work ethic in them and always emphasized the importance of helping out. Even today, the kids rave about her! She is now the standard that they compare every other care giver against. Bailey's dedication is so amazing -- she still calls and checks in on everyone once in a while. We all miss Bailey immensely and I don't know what we're going to do without her!
