I have taken care of several children, including my 2 and 3-year-old cousins (boys) and 8-year-old niece. Most of my experience with working with children comes from taking care of my neighbor's 2-month-old, 2, and 5-year-old boys.

I know how to change, bathe, and feed children. I have a lot of fun playing and teaching kids, because they help me learn a bit, too. I enjoy taking kids outside as well as being the cool one who sits and plays video games with them.

I do admit that I feel more comfortable taking care of boys, probably because I grew up thinking that I was one. Looking up to my brother, I've realized that I liked doing everything he liked to do. I feel more comfortable playing with action figures and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards than with Barbie dolls and dresses.

This will only be a summer job, as I am moving to Mankato for school this fall (start of term is August 27). The only days that I know of at this moment that I couldn't cover is June 16-18 and August 1-3.
