I have always centered my life around children. They have a way of lifting my spirits and bringing me joy like nothing else. In high school, I took child development and worked with special needs children. As soon as I was married, I began my family and spent the last 15 years staying home to raise our 4 children. For the past 5 years, I have taught preschool. The things little ones say and the expressions they make are priceless! I have also worked a couple years in a childcare center at a gym. I currently work 11-1 at a school for the Gwinnett County school district, so I am only available for after school care. I have many Bright From the Start certifications (required for in-home daycare and encouraged for teaching preschool)and am CPR/first aid certified. My husband is a strong family man as well, a good father to our children and is a great teammate of mine when the babysitting job allows for it. I also do child photography (I just started this) and love it because it combines my two favorite things!
