I have worked around children of all ages, including infants to high school. I have worked and taught vacation bible school, interned in a head start class, taught my own 2-year-old preschool class in a day care/preschool and I have been a substitute teacher for all grades. I have baby-sat as well. While working as a teacher in a day care or working as a substitute teacher, I have made good repertoire with parents and teachers. I bond with parents easily and children love me. I believe that the relationship you have with a child you watch or teach is very important and the same with their parent or parents. I really enjoy working with children and my main reason is when they say they have accomplished something it brings warmth and a smile to my heart and face. This goes for anything even if just potting for the first time in a potty. I also like see the steps a child accomplishes on a day to say basis.
