My name is Asti. I am a senior at the University of Houston, majoring in Biology and Communication. Having been a caregiver for over 6 years, I love children and find personal fulfillment in their development. I have cared for children since I was young. I was a nanny for a newborn and an 8-year-old during summers in high school. I am the eldest 3 and only daughter with a brother 10 years my junior, so childcare has been the joy of life. Recently, I have been a nanny for 3 girls ages 3-11. I volunteered with the Houston Parks and Recreation department for four years and enjoyed educating and playing with children of all ages, including taking field trips. I have experience tutoring elementary school students in math, reading, spelling, and writing. I am also skilled in housekeeping, cooking nutritious meals, and caring for pets.
I have a sincere personality with great interpersonal skills. I enjoy staying active with the children that I care for, including park visits and planning day-trips.
