I am an Elementary Education major, graduating from Eastern Michigan University in April and have worked with children through various field experiences in first and fourth grades and completed my student teaching in a Kindergarten classroom. In addition to my college career, I also worked in a first grade classroom in high school and was fortunate enough to experience and work directly with children in a daycare setting through most of my life, as my mom and aunts ran a daycare center. I have also babysat in various capacities since the age of 13.
