I am currently majoring in Child Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. I am taking extensive classes on child behavior, development, etc. I seek to create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children. Working with children is not just a job for me, its a passion.

For the fall of 2011, I worked at SD State's prestigious Child Development Center. I worked with children in their transition stage, 3-4 years old, from teaching them proper table manners, to playing, or engaging them in active reading/play time. I have no problem changing diapers. I am Livescan fingerprinted and background checked through SD State Children's Center.

For the last four years, I have been a bilingual Sunday school teacher at my church. I have been privileged enough to have been chosen by my church organization to not only educate these children, but entertain and accommodate their needs. I currently am dedicated to toddlers from ages 3-5 (around seven of them at the same time). The day starts by playing a game, then a quick lesson, snack, and finally a creative and fun activity. I believe that I am skillfully experienced, ready to handle any challenge or obstacle that comes my way. I am very easy to get along with as well as caring and compassionate. I believe I use the right amount of leniency, and assertiveness. My creative nature, I can assure you, will have your children having fun. I truly love children, and would love to be your nanny.

I have also been a M. Hospital volunteer for four years as well. I have had straight interaction with patients, tending to them and making sure they are comfortable. I have been in nerve wracking situations, but have managed to adapt to any situation quickly and efficiently.
