Hey Alberto, I think there might have been a misunderstanding/miscommunication. Before I accepted to provide part time help I did let you know that I was currently nannying for another family and that my hours were being cut which was my reasoning for looking for additional work. Because you are given such short notice on your normal day to day help, we agreed that you would communicate via text message when I was needed. I did let you know in advance on that day I was unable to make it with reasoning and notice to your wife (maybe she did not communicate that to you) and I have never not shown up. With technology there is a possibility that a text was not received, your wife and I had that experience when I had text her if she still needed me, no response and I still showed up in which she then showed me her phone that she did not expect me and did not receive the text. I did communicate with you guys as well that I was offered a full time position that I was accepting. I was not receiving enough hours to provide the proper income and had to find work elsewhere and that was communicated to your wife. Your wife still communicates with me for work, not often but I was unaware you were unsatisfied with my services and I apologize I could not meet your needs. I hope you are able to find the proper help you need with the circumstances your under. Thank you.
