I have always loved caring for children. I am a big sister to three wonderful siblings of all different ages, so I've grown up learning the in's-and-out's of child care hands-on.

When I was 12 years old I took an extensive two week class; the first week focused on caring for children, ranging from newborns to preteens, and the second week was devoted to CPR training.

Among the many small baby-sitting jobs I have had over the past six years, the most rewarding would have to be the three years of nannying. At 14, I received a summer job as a working nanny. I lived with the family all through the week and only went home on the weekends. I had many responsibilities as a nanny. In addition to caring for the two wonderful boys and keeping them entertained, I also cooked, cleaned and cared for their pets. I held this job for approximately three summers in a row until I moved to another state and the boys grew up. Although they do not need my services anymore, I still keep in touch with the boys to ensure that our relationship continues.

Money has never been a problem for me. I am very flexible when it comes to payment. I can first hand say that I understand the hard times we all are facing when it comes to finances. If for any reason you are unable to pay the maximum amount, I will never argue. The money is most definitely not my top priority.

I truly believe I was blessed to be a big sister. I love being a person my siblings can rely on when things become rough for them. I look at all of the children I have ever cared for as younger siblings. I treat them no differently and care for them no less!
