But after we discussed when we would need her help she cancelled by text message at 10:00 pm the night before, stating that she didn't realize it was a holiday (Labor Day), even though we had made it clear we needed her help Monday and confirmed by text Friday.

I'm sorry that I had to reschedule our start date. You're right, I did not realize it was a holiday when I confirmed Friday. Also, it was not 10:00 p.m. I sent the text at 10 a.m. Sunday morning. My profile said that I was available from 6-9 a.m. until 3-6 p.m. I am available from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. it doesn't give an exact time.
