I have worked at a child care facility (Goddard School) where I was the assistant teacher in a classroom of 2-year-olds. I also did a lot of floating in the facility, so I pretty much have experience with all age groups.

I've volunteered at a transitional housing facility, a housing center for abused, single mothers. I baby-sat a 1-year-old girl with a pacemaker and a group of elementary-aged children.

I also have baby-sat my niece, who was born at 23 weeks and was on an oxygen machine & an apnea monitor. Before she came home from the hospital, I was briefly taught child CPR, but am not certified.

I am available on 3 days a WEEK -- W, TH, F -- (after 4:30 p.m.) and OCCASIONALLY Saturdays. Looking for P/T. My schedule is tight because of student teaching.

I have my own reliable transportation. I can provide references and am willing to take a background check.
