I am a sociology and psychology student at Florida State University and have been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I have experience caring for all children ranging from newborns to young teens. I am comfortable with families who have multiple children and have regularly cared for a family with four children under the age of 6. I love watching babies and have cared for newborns as young as 1-month-old. Dirty diapers and spit up do not scare me. I also love watching older children and enjoy the more interactive care. I have experience with the needs of older children including transportation to activities, homework help, and the fun stuff like playing games, dress up, and building forts. I am a passionate cook and love to make yummy, but healthy meals children love. I also love painting, crafts, and athletics. I try to incorporate exercise and creativity into my play time with the children I care for. I have completed the Babysitter Certification Course at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl, and have Combat Life Save training through the U. S. Army for reaction in emergency situations including CPR, and choking. I am an ROTC Cadet training to be an Army Officer.
