I have had the amazing opportunity of working for the national organization, Jumpstart, through Americorps and Boston College. I received training on how to teach literary skills and social skills to preschool age children. Through this program, I was able to work in an inner city preschool, with children ages 3-5. I have also babysat for many families in my neighborhood, with as many as 5 children. I am currently a sophomore at Boston College, majoring in Secondary Education and English.
