I am the oldest child of three with my brother being 10 years younger than I am. I have been babysitting my brother while both my parents worked since I was 12 years old. More recently, I have babysat 2 children (age 5 and 2) of a professor at my college off and on for 2 years. I also have experience with Down Syndrome children as this summer I worked one-on-one with a 6-year-old down-syndrome boy at my church's week-long Vacation Bible School. I love children, have always been told I have a knack for working with them, and have even taken CPR classes in the past. I am also comfortable with all manner of pets, from reptiles to rodents to cats and dogs. Unfortunately, I do not have a license, but I do have reliable methods of getting to and from places. I go to the college in the fall, but I'm available full time until September, and then about 2 weekends a month until December.
