Hi! My name is Ashley and I am available to babysit/nanny full or part-time.

I have about 9 years of experience in working with children ranging from birth to teens. Through working in various daycare classrooms and an early childhood program, I have learned valuable ways of fostering development, nurturing infants and toddlers, potty training techniques, creating/implementing fun activities to keep children's busy minds engaged, and relating to teens. Also, I like to be active and seek fun activities outdoors and within the community for children to enjoy. Some of my favorite activities to do while babysitting and being a nanny include bubble play, sidewalk chalk, nature walks, playing at the park, bundling up and making a snowman/snow angel, doing crafts, baking treats and implementing math skills as we bake, creating indoor forts, and reading books.

In previous years, I have volunteered as a preschool Sunday school teacher in my home church, as well as served as a youth group leader. Looking back, I realize how every employment opportunity I have sought and accepted has centered on working with kids. That is where my passion and talents lie.

I feel that my experience, responsibility, creativity, energy, and compassion are definite reasons to consider me as a potential caregiver. I recently renewed my CPR certificate. Also, I have several references available upon request.
