Ashley has been caring for our two little boys (ages 21 months & 3 1/2 yrs. old), for the past 3 months. She picks them up from daycare & preschool every afternoon (Mon-Fri), drives them home, feeds them dinner, bathes them, and gets them ready for bed. I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley for an interview. She is a well spoken, upbeat and very sweet young woman. My kids loved meeting her at the interview. The decision not to hire her had absolutely nothing to do with her-we found someone specifically with a teaching background to help with tutoring as well. We would definitely use her for occasional babysitting or possibly in the future.
