For starters, I have been an aunt since I was 7 years old. I don't remember ever being away from children. They have always been a part of my life. I have three nephews and two nieces. I don't have any children of my own, so my nieces and nephews are my passion. I have baby-sat children, and I have been a nanny before for a small boy. I started keeping him when he was only 6 months old and finished after he was a year old. It was a short-lived nanny service because of my school needs. I needed to finish getting my degree in early childhood education. After graduating and receiving my degree, I started work teaching 2 and 3 years olds. I taught preschool for about a year. In May of 09, we found out my Husband was going to deploy to Iraq for a second time. I then found three little boys to Nanny. I cared for them from August 2009 to June 2010. I have also worked at another day care for a few months and have worked with newborns to after school age children. I absolutely love children. I have a very strong passion and desire to work with children in many different ways. From providing their most simple and basic needs to encouraging and teaching them beyond their expected knowledge for their age group. I look forward to working with children in many different positive ways.
