I was previously employed by Bar-T, Inc. which is an after school child care service provided for elementary and middle school students from 2:30-6:30. I was responsible for 10 kids at a time. The ages of the kids ranged from 5-13. I assisted children with homework when they needed assistance. I also engaged in many mind stimulating games with the children. My job also consisted of creating various activities for the children to be involved in such as foil rubbing, nature walks and environmental studies. I worked for Bar-T, Inc. for the school year 2010-2011. I was placed at Ronald McNair Elementary School which is located in Germantown, Maryland. Currently I work for a family I found through this website. I am an after-school caregiver. I pick the children up from school every day, I provide them with snack, I assist them with homework and engage in playtime with the children. I work from 3-5 Monday-Friday. I have been working for them for 5 months now.
